Spearmint tea . . .

Spearmint tea (tisane) can be very satisfying without the negative effects of coffee, and soft drinks. And . . . so easy to prepare!

Cut a good handful of spearmint stalks. Put in a pan cover with 2-3 cups of water. Bring to a boil. Remove from the heat. Let steep for 15-20 minutes. Pour liquid into your favorite cup. Find a quite, comfortable place to sit and enjoy! Ahhhh . . .
