Keeping it Simple Skin Care . . .

What became clear during the workshop last night given by Karen Ganz, Estheician, was that most of us have some bad habits when it comes to taking care of the skin on our faces! With our busy schedules a splash-dash approach is all we do much of the time.

Karen was able to show us how to get everything done in less than 3 minutes!
  1. Cleanse
  2. Exfoliate
  3. Tone
  4. Moisturize
Now that does not mean we should not take a bit longer once in a while, but for everyday care this is doable!

What products are best for each skin type was also covered. We all had particular areas of interest: dark spots, little lines around the mouth, dry skin, for example.

Karen told us what ingredients to look for on the product labels for the best results and how to use the product we have to their best advantage for your skin type. Karen also suggested some ingredients that we might have at home that will work as well as the high-priced, beautifully packaged ones. I was very interested in information.

I will be incorporating these basic steps in my skin care from now on. Thank you, Karen!
